I've recently moved into Pembroke Street and I'm looking for a housemate! It’s now ready for viewings. It’s in a perfect location within 10 minutes of Wood Street and 20 mintues to the train stations. Old Town is full of shops, cafes, gyms, restaurants! There is plenty of space across the house for us to both have our own space but also to come together in the huge kitchen!

The bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom; I don't use this as I will use my en-suite

The room is south facing so has great lighting, plenty of space for a wardrobe and desk. The chest of drawers and bed are included ready for your move in.

The lounge is nice and cosy - there's shelves going up in the next week so the wallplugs will be filled!

The kitchen is a great shared space, with sofa area, large tv and plenty of cooking space.

Outside there is a deck garden and big garage, capable of taking any few extras you may need storing.

A parking permit will be available (£40) with the house for on-street parking, if necessary.

Wi-Fi is Virgin Media 1GB fibre, which is speedy across the whole house!

All bills are included in the rent — gas, electric, water, council tax, Wi-Fi.
