As you enter the room you have your build in sliding mirrored wardrobe located on the right-hand side, with built in compartments on the left side (perfect for folded clothes), double railings built in on the right and loads of room up top for a suitcase or any larger items!

Opposite to the wardrobe we have included additional tall storage drawers, just so that you have more than enough room for all the essentials!

As you continue through the room, just passed the wardrobe is your full sized desk, this is perfect for any work from home you may need to do, and with comfortable desk chair, touch sensitive lamp with extra charging ports and extra ethernet point, we have covered all you need to maximise your work.

The ensuite is STUNNING!

The bathroom is designed with Wood effect tiles from floor to ceiling, with matching wood effect vanity and sink unit and matching toilet. The shower itself fits the modern scheme with black accents and comes with rainfall shower head and detachable hose. The Ensuite also has a light up LED mirror, perfect for getting ready on those busy mornings!

The huge, Deep Navy blue upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress is perfect for getting the best night’s sleep, and with he 32” smart tv located on the wall at the foot of the bed, you can enjoy all your favourite shows in comfort and style!

As the room is located at the rear of the property, the window gives a gorgeous view of Swindon, and the blackout blinds provide a cost space once drawn.



KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!



This kitchen is shared between all tenants, but don’t you worry, we built the spaces with that in mind!



The design is stunning, with 3 ovens, 3 4-burner hobs, 3 microwaves, 3 sinks, 3 kettles, 3 4-slice toasters and 4 full height fridge freezers there is more than enough space for everyone!

The kitchen is fully open plan, so no stepping on toes in this kitchen. The Kitchen has gorgeous Parquet Wood flooring and Grey and Black accents throughout, making it not only pretty but easy to maintain too.



The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor, right beside the Cinema Room.



This stunning Space has an over 70” smart TV built into the wall just in front of the stunning bespoke Navy quilted seating bench and dining table, and with built in plug sockets, this area is not only the perfect place for movie night, but also a perfect alternative workspace if you want a change of scenery.



The Laundry room is also located on this floor, so out the way of all the rooms to decrease the noise levels. This room has 3 Washing Machines, 3 Tumble Dryers and even a sink unit for hand washing!



There is loads of space for any laundry detergents or other cleaning supplies, that way you can have more room in the kitchen for the nicer things!
