Furnished large room in cozy home

Hi there, I'm Gayatri and I am looking for someone to move into the large room with a king-sized bed in the two-bed flat that I rent. I have fully furnished this home and it is very cozy.

The flat is close to town centre and old town, and is a short walk to the bus station and train station, so it's very conveniently located.

There is a bathroom that is shared and a good-sized kitchen, with a washer/dryer. I do like sitting in the kitchen/dining table space to relax, so I hope that's okay.

I'm happy to share communal storage space/cupboards or move stuff around. The house is well equipped - cutlery, cooking stuff, coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, air fryer, bed sheets, towels, cleaning supplies etc.

Ideally, I would prefer to live with someone who isn't too loud, especially at night.

I mostly work from home. I like doing arts and crafts and going for walks. I do pub quizzes with my friends sometimes, and I like watching movies.
