As you continue around the room, you will come to your huge Midnight navy upholstered double bed with memory foams mattress to ensure you have the best nights sleep. The wood panelled feature wall behind helps to give a luxury hotel feel, and the bedside drawer with touch sensitive industrial style gold caged lamp mean you don’t even have to lift a finger to switch off the lights!
The bed is nicely lit by the huge back facing window, but with blackout blinds to match the space can become really cosy once drawn!

A the foot of the bed on the wall you will find your 32” smart TV plugged in and ready to go, meaning cinema nights are even more in reach, and we have placed the desk below the TV so no chance of distraction!

The industrial style wooden desk is built to match the aesthetic, with ethernet point built in behind for a hardwired connection if needed and another touch sensitive lamp and comfortable wooden desk chair, you have the perfect work from home station

Communal & Kitchen
This house has the perfect layout, the front door leads into the main hall and the door to the right opens up to the luxurious communal dining/living space. There is a gorous bay window and the room has extra high ceilings. This allow this space to really feel like your own living room.
There is our statement navy upholstered bespoke seating bench with real wood table. The perfect place to dine or work at. There is a panel feature opposite whist hosts the 32” Smart TV in direct sight.

The communal then leads on to the kitchen, which is located behind it, the kitchen has sooo much space.
There is a stunning parquet floor tile in a stone wash grey running throughout both areas. This matches perfectly with the light grey kitchen units’ black handles and sink.
The kitchen is carefully designed with useability in mind, the U shape kitchen allows for multiple users to comfortably use the kitchen. There is 2 4 burner hobs, 2 ovens, 2 full height integrates fridge freezers, 4 slice toaster, microwave & kettle.
The ratios are great with only 4 people using the main communal kitchen as there are 6 rooms in total but 2 of the rooms are fully self-contained studios.

There is a utility cupboard within the communal area with a washer and condensing dryer. Again the ratio is 2/1 for use of washing machines & dryers. So no waiting around here 😊

The facilities in the kitchen are only used by 4 of the room as there are 2 fully self-contained Studios within the property.
