The Kitchen has gorgeous Parquet Wood flooring and Grey and Black accents throughout, making it not only pretty but easy to maintain too. All cupboards are labelled and allocated between the 3 rooms for ease of use!
The communal area is equipped with a 32” smart tv built into the wall just opposite the communal dining bench. With built in plug points, this would make an excellent place to use as a workspace too!!
You also have unlimited access to the 2 washing machines and 2 separate drying machines which is split between the 4 rooms in the house.
We have off street car parking spaces located out the rear of the property in our private car park.
ROOM 7 – This room is located on the first floor of the house and is at the end of the hallway. This is a large ensuite room option, with built in wardrobe, desk area, 32” smart TV and navy upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress. This room certainly has the most floor space in the house!
As you enter the room itself, you have a hallway entrance which to the right of the front door you’ll find your ensuite. This ensuite is the largest in the house with a double shower tray and an elevated amount of storage under the sink space. It is truly gorgeous, with wood effect tiles as the backdrop to the black accented rainfall shower head with detachable hose, and the sand-coloured floor tiling to match it gives a cosy feel to the ensuite!
