EVERY ROOM HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED WORKSTATION: all rooms come with a great sized and spacious desk with comfortable desk chair so that no matter if you Soley work from home, hybrid or just like to sit and relax whilst watching your laptop you have the perfect place to do so. Each desk comes with an ethernet point built in behind, as well as behind the smart TV too.

STUDIO 6 – this studio is perfect for those that want a light and airy feel!

This studio is located on the first floor of the property and is the 2nd door as you walk the communal hallway. As you enter, you will be greeted with your midnight navy upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress, ensuring you have the best nights sleep! With bedside table with extra drawer beside too, you have plenty of space to keep everything close, and the industrial style gold caged diamond lamps are touch sensitive, meaning you don’t even need to get up to switch off the lights!

They even have extra charging ports, so say goodbye to having to use up all the socket space!

The bed backs onto our Brett Property signature Wood panelled wall, and with the modern accents throughout, the studio feels so clean, fresh and hotel like.

On the left hand side of the bed you will find your desk Area, the desk itself is in industrial style with extra shelving points on the left hand side too, you have all the surface area you need to set up your own little office! Again, with another touch sensitive lamp with extra charging ports you have loads you can plug into , and we have even included an extra ethernet point behind the desk just In case you ever need to hardwire!

The house itself is installed with Virgin Business wifi, so no matter what you will always have the strongest connection, the ethernet point is just an added bonus!



On the right hand side of the bed you have a gorgeous big window overlooking the residential side of the property, but with blackout blinds you can always make the space more cosy when drawn and light and airy when open! The 32” smart TV is installed at the foot of the bed to allow for the best viewing, as well as keeping the window glare off the screen, we truly have thought of everything!

The kitchenette is the best part, with soooo much storage space, built in washer dryer, undercounter fridge and freezer, integrated microwave, toaster and kettle, you have all you need to make the most of cooking in the morning! You even have plenty of worktop space for any extra appliances, such as a go to air fryer!

The kitchenette is just as modern as the rest of the studio, with grey wood effect and black accents to match, we even have our classic Geometric tiling on the floor to keep it as easy clean as possible!



The ensuite is STUNNING! With Black accented shower cubicle backing onto industrial style wood effect tiles, the rainfall shower head and detachable hose are no match for those annoying early mornings!

The floor tiling is a sandy colour to match, the sink unit even comes with extra wood effect vanity storage underneath! Not to mention the LED light up mirror above the sink so you can really wake up!



The best part of the whole studio however is the built in wardrobe!

Here at Brett property, we believe Storage is one of the most important aspects to a living space, so by having the wardrobe custom built into the space, we can maximise the amount of space, and with the sliding mirrored wardrobe doors, we can keep the space feeling as big as possible!

With double railings on side and the cubbyhole compartments on the other side you can stay as organised as possible! There is even a lovely big void space at the top of the wardrobe built for larger items such as suitcases, boxes or whatever you may have!







KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!

This kitchen is shared between of the 3 tenants which is an excellent ratio!



The design is stunning, with 2 ovens, 2 4-burner hobs, 1 microwaves, 1 sink,2 kettles, 2 2-slice toasters and 2 full height fridge freezers there is more than enough space for everyone! The Kitchen has gorgeous Parquet Wood flooring and Grey and Black accents throughout, making it not only pretty but easy to maintain too. All cupboards are labelled and allocated between the 3 rooms for ease of use!



The communal area has a 32” smart TV built into the wall just in front of the stunning bespoke Navy quilted seating bench and dining table, and with built in plug sockets, this area is not only the perfect place for movie night, but also a perfect alternative workspace if you want a change of scenery. You also have unlimited access to the 2 washing machines and 2 separate drying machines which is split between the 3 rooms in the house.
