The communal kitchen comes well equipped with 2 ovens, 2 4-burner hobs, 2 fridge/freezers, kettle, toaster and microwave, not to mention all the specifically labelled cupboard space so that all the rooms have plenty of storage you can cook up a real storm!

This is by far one of our largest built in kitchens too, so you will have no issues with being able to store all your items nice and neatly!

We have provided 2 tumble dryers and 2 washing machines too, with only 2 rooms using kitchen and laundry services you will never be scrapping to use the machines!

ROOM LAYOUT - we have room ensuite options and full studios with built in kitchenettes, so no need to use the communal spaces!

All units come equipped with a fully built in mirrored sliding wardrobe, so that we can ensure we are making the most of the storage space!

We know working from home has become such a staple with almost all jobs, so we have of course provided a full workstation to make this even more comfortable!

With industrial style wooden desk to match the aesthetic and industrial gold caged touch sensitive lamp with extra charging ports and comfortable grey wooden desk chair to match, you have the perfect place to set up for work.

We have even built in an ethernet point behind each desk so you have the option to hardwire in too, but with super rapid Virgin Business Wifi, the connection will never drop out on you.

ALL OPTIONS ARE ENSUITE

Here at Brett property we believe you should never have to compromise on your privacy, all of our options have your very own ensuite with rainfall shower head, detachable hose, toilet and light up LED mirror above the sink and vanity unit!

The ensuite design is GORGEOUS! With bespoke wood effect tiling for the shower cubicle, black accents throughout and sand coloured tiling on the floor to match we hope that we can make those early morning get readies a little more enjoyable!

All Units come with our signature Double Midnight Navy upholstered bed with memory foam mattress on the plush grey carpeting, ensuring you have the best nights sleep, and with industrial style bedside tables with more touch sensitive gold lamps you don’t even need to get up to switch off the lights!

All units come with 32” smart TV too so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows, and with the roller black out blinds you can really have the best cinematic experience!

ROOM 4 – This is one of the largest rooms we have here at Brett Property!

With the communal kitchen and 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers only being used by yourself and one other, the space is massive and provides loads of space!

The room itself is located on the first floor of the property and is the 2nd door as you walk up the main stairwell.

As you enter, you will be greeted with Plush Grey carpeting underfoot. Directly ahead you will find your Deep Navy-blue upholstered bed with memory foam mattress, with our signature wood panelling as the backdrop!

The bed come with 2 bedside tables equipped with drawer and extra shelf so you have plenty of space to keep the little things close, and touch sensitive lamps with extra charging ports, so you don’t need to keep getting up to switch off the lights!

Opposite the end of the bed is the 32” smart TV, the perfect location for watching your favourite shows from the comfort of bed!

On the left-hand side of the TV, you will notice your fully built in sliding mirrored wardrobe! This has been made fully bespoke for the space to ensure no wastage and plenty of room to house all your items!

With cubbyhole compartments on the left-hand side (perfect for folded clothes) and doble railings on the right-hand side (for all your hanging needs) we have even kep the void space up top, so your pesky suitcase doesn’t need to be in the way!

As you follow along the wall you will lead to your ensuite. This is MASSIVE and one of the larger models in the entire house! With sandstone style tiling throughout, to match with the wooden aesthetic, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day!

With white enamel sink basin and extra wood effect vanity storage underneath, you can keep all your toiletries in one place, and the extra-large light up LED mirror allows a bit more light on those drab Monday mornings!

The toilet is situated between the sink and shower.

The shower is perfect! With black accents on the backdrop of wood effect ceramic tiles it ties in perfectly to the room whilst also remaining practical. With an extra-large shower tray, black rainfall shower head and detachable hose, you can even plan around hair wash days!

As you exit the bathroom on the right of the bed you will find your desk area. With a larger than average desk provided right under the big window providing the perfect amount of natural lighting, you have a private spot with no distraction from the TV.

Again, with another lamp with extra charging ports and the extra ethernet point built in, you have plenty of places to plug in for a multi-screen set up if needed.
