Here at Brett property we believe you should never have to compromise on your privacy, all of our options have your very own ensuite with rainfall shower head, detachable hose, toilet and light up LED mirror above the sink and vanity unit!

The ensuite design is GORGEOUS! With bespoke wood effect tiling for the shower cubicle, black accents throughout and sand coloured tiling on the floor to match we hope that we can make those early morning get readies a little more enjoyable!

All Units come with our signature Double Midnight Navy upholstered bed with memory foam mattress on the plush grey carpeting, ensuring you have the best nights sleep, and with industrial style bedside tables with more touch sensitive gold lamps you don’t even need to get up to switch off the lights!

All units come with 32” smart TV too so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows, and with the roller black out blinds you can really have the best cinematic experience!
STUDIO 1 – This studio is perfect if you want to be self-contained!
This studio is located on the ground floor and is the second door on the corridor.
As you enter, on the left-hand side you will find your fully self-contained kitchen. With Sleek grey cupboards and black accents, it has more than enough storage to keep all your cooking items in one place!
We have even built in geometric tiling on the floor in front of the kitchen for easy clean up and to match the aesthetic!
The kitchen comes equipped with an under-counter fridge/freezer, Russel Hobbs Microwave, kettle and toaster, 2 burner electric hob and oven, plus a super strong extractor fan to make sure no cooking smells linger!
The ensuite is massive, with sandstone tiling throughout to add a bit of warmth, white ceramic sink basin and wood effect undercounter vanity storage to keep all your toiletries in one place you can keep the space as neat as you like!
The toilet is just located in the corner to give the utmost privacy and the Black accented rainfall shower head with detachable hose has the stunning backdrop of wood effect ceramic tiles to keep the area clean and modern!
Plus, with a light up LED mirror we hope we can brighten up those dull mornings!
The rooms itself has loads of floorspace!
With plush grey carpeting underfoot, the whole studio feels roomy. The bed is in the centre of the back wall, with our signature wood panelled feature wall! The bed is a deep midnight nay with memory foam mattress in a double size, ensuring you have the best nights sleep. With 2 bedside tables, both with drawers and an extra shelf all your little bits and pieces can be close to hand, and with the gold caged industrial style touch sensitive lamps, you don’t even need to get up to switch off the lights.
The wardrobe is by far the best part, with sliding mirrored doors and built fully bespoke to fit the space, it has more than enough storage. The cubbyhole compartments on the bottom section are brilliant for folded clothes, and the railing above means all your clothes can stay super organised. We have even built in the washer/dryer into the space at the bottom, just to help create a little bit more of a noise barrier too!!
The desk area is located on the right of the wardrobe, with our largest desk size, extra little shelves and another touch sensitive lamp, you have the perfect place for a multi- screen set up. Plus, it is facing away from the 32” smart TV at the foot of the bed so no distractions there either!
The lamps even have extra charging ports so are the perfect place to keep all your devices up to speed and the built in ethernet point provides a super steady connection, but with virgin business Wi-Fi you never need to worry about it dropping out.
Plus, with this studio being on the ground floor on the back side of the property, it means you have plenty of light from the massive window, but a super private place with no walkers ‘by!
