The house includes a large sitting room with a large tv with various applications available for use. The kitchen is spacious and includes a large dining table plus aforementioned amenities. Each floor has its own bath/shower and toilet allowing privacy and personal routines. A communal cleaner comes every week to manage the bathrooms and public areas but personal neatness and cleanliness is absolutely important. There is access to a garden and a patio and also a locked garage. The house also comes with a security system for safety and parcel delivery management. All occupants are professionals and are rarely in during the day. All rooms have personal locks.
