EVERY ROOM HAS A BESPOKE BUILT IN MIRRORED SLIDING WARDROBE: Each Wardrobe is one of a kind and fully designed to fit each individual space, and with the double railings on one side, cubby hole compartments on the other and full height storage at the top too, there is more than enough space for even the most Fashionista out there!



EVERY ROOM HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED WORKSTATION: all rooms come with a great sized and spacious desk with comfortable desk chair so that no matter if you Soley work from home, hybrid or just like to sit and relax whilst watching your laptop you have the perfect place to do so. Each desk comes with an ethernet point built in behind, as well as behind the smart TV too.

STUDIO 5 – This studio is located on the first floor of the property and is the 3rd door on the corridor.

As you enter the studio you will have your fully built in wardrobe to the right.

This is by far the best part of the studio, fully bespoke to maximise the storage, we have double railings on the one side, perfect for all your hangings, and cubby hole compartments built in on the other side for all your folded clothes and void space up top to keep your suitcase safe and sound.

The sliding mirrored doors help to reflect the light to keep the studio airy ad also are perfect for just double checking on the outfit!

The 32 Smart TV is next to the wardrobe on a swivel bracket so you can watch from the kitchenette and bed too!

Under the TV is your extra large set of storage drawers to keep all as organised as possible.

The Ensuite is gorgeous!

With sandstone effect tiling to give a feeling of warmth, and the wood effect splashback tiling in the black accented shower cubicle with matching black rainfall shower head and detachable hose you can make those early morning a tad more do-able!

The light up LED mirror above the wood effect sink vanity storage helps keep all of your toiletries in one place too!

The Bed is a classic, in a midnight navy fully upholstered with a memory foam mattress too we know you will have the best nights sleep!

The bedside table is in a industrial wood effect, with drawers and little shelf too you have space to keep the little things close, as well as a touch sensitive lamp with extra charging ports so you don’t have to compromise on socket space!

The backdrop to the bed is our signature wood panelling giving a real hotel feel and matches perfectly with he plush grey carpeting underfoot.



The Kitchenette is immense, there is no need to use any communal space as you have all you need right here!

The Kitchen comes with integrated appliances, with Undercounter fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 burner hob, oven and plenty of cupboard space you can really cook up a storm!



In a classic grey wood style with matching black accents to fit in perfectly it looks sleek and modern, plus the geometric tiled floor around helps to keep the space an easy clean up too!

The workstation is the final part and is nicely tucked in the corner. This is just under the massive window facing the front of the property, meaning plenty of natural light, but we have of course installed a blackout blind to create a cost space once drawn too.



The desk itself is industrial style wood effect to match, and has plenty of surface space to set up your at home office. The touch sensitive lamp again adds some extra socket space, and there is an ethernet point behind the desk just in case you want the option to hardwire, but with virgin business Wi-Fi the connection is super stable!





KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!

This kitchen is shared between of the 3 tenants which is an excellent ratio!



The design is stunning, with 2 ovens, 2 4-burner hobs, 1 microwave, 1 sink,2 kettles, 2 2-slice toasters and 2 full height fridge freezers there is more than enough space for everyone! The Kitchen has gorgeous Parquet Wood flooring and Grey and Black accents throughout, making it not only pretty but easy to maintain too. All cupboards are labelled and allocated between the 3 rooms for ease of use!



The communal area has a 32” smart TV built into the wall just in front of the stunning bespoke Navy quilted seating bench and dining table, and with built in plug sockets, this area is not only the perfect place for movie night, but also a perfect alternative workspace if you want a change of scenery. You also have unlimited access to the 2 washing machines and 2 separate drying machines which is split between the 3 rooms in the house.



We have off streetcar parking spaces located out the rear of the property in our private car park.
