Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and easy‑going person to take a newly renovated double room in my cosy 2‑bed terrace at the very top of Union Street, right in the heart of Old Town.

If you want a place that’s super central, beautifully fresh, and gives you loads of your own space this is a really great fit.

Unique Privacy
Although this is my main home, my job means I spend long stretches working in London, so the house often ends up being yours day‑to‑day. That means you’ll get a kind of privacy and independence that’s pretty rare in a house share - you’ll have most of the house and the garden to yourself a lot of the time, without the cost of renting a whole place solo.

I do come back to Swindon to see family or for the odd weekend, but I’ll always give you some notice beforehand, so nothing feels sudden. Overall, it’s a really comfortable and respectful arrangement where you get the best of both worlds: the support of a proper home, but the space of living alone most days.

The house sits right at the top of Union Street, which means you’re basically living 30 seconds from Old Town centre - ridiculously convenient, but still on a quieter residential row so you’re not in the noisy bit.
