It comes with all bills included, with a nicely sized shared bathroom with storage for personal items, a walk-in shower, and a deep bath.
A shared living room with two sofas and a log burner for relaxing and chilling.
A large shared kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas and induction cooking, and your own fridge-freezer.
There is off-road parking available and a low-maintenance garden for the one sunny day a year.
There is bedding available if needed, and also cooking equipment and utensils.
Both rooms have internal blackout blinds.
The house has mesh Wi-Fi throughout and in the garden also.
I am looking for a mature lodger, either male or female.
I work shifts so often out of the house.

The property is in the Moredon area of Swindon (SN25 3EP), very near the Morden Medical Centre and the number 5 bus stop to town or the Orbital shopping centre, and has two takeaway shops nearby if you don't fancy cooking.
