Housemate wanted

I am currently renting a whole house and I'm looking for a new housemate to join me as my current one will be moving out around mid July.

There is one double room available in a 3 bed house where I am the only other occupant. There is also a shared space of a spare room, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, a garage with a small grass and patio garden. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is mostly furnished.

I am a relaxed, outgoing individual who is looking for someone who is looking to move in long term. I like hiking, riding my motorbike, cooking, going to the pub, kickboxing, outdoor activities and socialising with friends.
