A furnished double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and smart tv available to rent.

You would have access to your own family bathroom with toilet, sink, bath/shower. (I only use the bath occasionally as I have my own en-suite.

There is professional cleaning done once a fortnight.

It is a quiet 4 bedroom home with a large garden, and with peaceful views of the nature reserve.

There is a study room downstairs, WC, utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, open plan kitchen / dining room with dishwasher / air fryer / oven / fridge.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms (one is my bedroom, my dressing room, my home office and then the spare bedroom that is for rent).

There is off road parking on the drive.

The local pub, shops, parks, barbour, hairdresser and coffee shop and schools are in walking distance.

Tadpole Garden Village is near the a419 and for easy access to the a417 or the m4 to Bristol, Bath, and London and only 20 minutes from the Coltswolds and Cirencester.

I am vegan and would prefer a house mate who is also vegan or vegetarian.

I am a non drinker and non smoker - I work from home part of the week and I go out to socialise with friends and family.

There is WiFi, and electric car charging available, if you want to use the car charging this will be at an additional cost.

The cost includes bills such as council tax.
