I live in a 3 bed coach house with a garage conversion. I am a live-in landlord. The garage has been converted to a bedroom with a toilet and shower, which I am leasing out. The kitchen/lounge area will be shared. I am a male in my early 30s. Professional banker and I am looking for a like minded professional, preferably female, due to cleanliness - to rent the en suite room for £625 per month. I am away during the weekdays for 2-3 nights per week for work. I am the only other person living in this property. Room will be available towards the end of 2026. Thanks
