Double en-suite room in the almost self contained basement of a three storey town house in old town. There is a double bedroom, a dressing area with a wardrobe and desk and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a kitchen for sole use of the occupier and a small lounge area which opens out onto the garden. The landlord lives in the top two floors of the house and will need to walk through the kitchen to access the garden. There is residents parking for which a permit will need to be purchased.
