LARGE double with En Suite. North Swindon

Hi I have a very large double fully furnished room in a 3 storey town house. I am in Redhouse north Swindon, near isambard school. Asda Walmart, m&s, New Look, Starbucks, Library & a gym are all within 10 minutes walking distance with a smaller Tesco local at the end of my road.

I have a large kitchen/diner which would be available for you at all times.
Your room is a the top of the house, with your own en suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a new double bed, built in wardrobe and a lovely en suite shower room. It is very quiet up there and has a sky tv multi room connection. I am happy for guests to visit and stay but no more than 2 days a week.

I am a sales rep working in Surrey and do standard 9-5 hours. I am usually home around 6pm but we keep ourselves to ourselves and quite often stay out.
The bills are all included such as gas and electric, wifi & sky tv available if you have your own TV.
I also have a good size garden and garage with lots room for storage at rear of house if you require it.

I have a 16 year old daughter , she's very well behaved and relatively quiet, when she is here.
She is at college and works part time. We are very easy to live with and can be sociable.
The rent is £110 per week which will cover everything with a 3 month minimum term.

Mon-Fri let's are also welcome.
