A residential detached four bedroom family home, with use of Wi-Fi shared facilities such as main bathroom, kitchen and garden space. There is parking available adjacent to the house, and the property is close to all amenities averaging 10 minutes walk, parks, shops, GP surgery, hospital etc. It is also close to the M4 corridor and A419, and is located in the North Swindon area, with town being 10 minute drive. Local buses run regularly from the district centre which is a five minute walk.

We are looking for a working professional either on a Monday - Friday or full time basis. This is a family home with one dog who are all very friendly. There is currently one adult however during the holidays it will be only two as my son will be returning occasionally from university.

We would be negotiable on the rental if the tenant needed the room for less days during the week.
