Room For Rent In Newly Renovated House

I have a room to rent in my house. It is a semi detached three bed, and you would be living with myself. It has a large garden, off road parking for two cars and a large living room/diner. The room is fully furnished and is at the back of the house so is very quiet.
I would like to let the room on a Monday to Friday basis.
I am a teacher so I am up early in the week, and like to relax at the weekend. I am looking for someone who would be respectful of my house and look after it in the same way I do. The room is only for one person.
I have a very sweet and well behaved dog called lily. She is not allowed upstairs and is walked three times a day so she's a good little lady! I am aware that other people may not think she's as perfect as I do so I am very conscious about making sure she's well behaved.
