I am a 42 year old professional female looking to rent my spare room(s) to a professional female is possible. The other lodger is male and works away 4-5 nights a week so is not around much.

I run a youth development charity and sometimes work from home 1-2 days a week. New housemate must like dogs (3rd housemate is a cockerpoo!) be clean and tidy, friendly and down to earth. :-)
