Close to all amenities, short walk to New Town or vibrant Old Town. 15 minutes walk to Nationwide, 20 minutes walk to Train Station, local bus service to most areas of town just 5 minutes up the road.

The room is a self contained bedsit, light airy double bedroom with lockable door located in the loft with a recently fitted bathroom with shower cubical.

There is a TV with freeview, a small fridge and a combi-microwave oven in the room with tea and coffee making facilities should you wish to have your own space. Broadband throughout the property, on street parking.

We also have two dogs.

Please note: We also provide day care for dogs, so the daytime can be busy and some of them stay over for their holidays - You would need to be dog friendly to come here – NO dogs are allowed up stairs EVER.
