House With 100Ft+ Garden Needs Nice People

two double rooms (one very big) for rent, i'm currently painting the whole house so it'll be fresh for new people looking for a home, it's currently sparcly furnished so your welcome to bring your own furniture if you wanted.

i'm looking for people to enhance the house dynamics, clean and tidy, reliable and considerate of neighbors.

the garden is fantastic and i find myself there all the time when i'm supposed to be working, there is a garage but i put my car in it when i'm down from london theres a space for a small car outside the garage but onstreet parking is only £40 a year and would be better for access reasons.

fridge freezer, washing machine, comunial front rooms (x2) galley kitchen and good sized bathroom, an abundance of outside space including two seperate lawn areas a patio, some plum trees, a veg patch, a shed and a whole lot of gardening (which is my therapy after working in london).
