The house is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the town center and the bus and train station are about a 15 minute walk.

There is currently 1 tenant at the property in her mid twenties.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a good sized lounge and kitchen. The room is furnished and the kitchen well stocked. Fast wireless broadband.

Rents start at £400 per month including all bills and is paid at the beginning of each month via standing order. A deposit of a months rent is required to secure the room.
Minimum 6 month contract. For an additional £10 per month you can have sole use of the driveway.
