The room is a double and is light and spacious.
There is a double bed, a small wardrobe and a matching small storage unit.

I would like £400. 00 per month which includes bills.

TV licence
BT Internet

You will have full use of the kitchen with an oven, microwave, Washing machine and a fridge/freezer.

You will have you own bathroom with a bath and shower.

There is plenty of parking.

I require £400 as a deposit and would also prefer (but not limited to) a non- smoker if possible.
