Room is fully furnished and has a TV installed. Wifi is also available.

Usual facilities provided - shared access to kitchen and bathroom as well as garden and washing line.

Would be ideal for a professional non-smoker during the week (although this can be flexible).

I would expect my lodger to be clean and tidy.

There is additional storage available if necessary in my garage.

Anyone interested needs to be aware that I have a cat.

Parking is always available and there are regular buses running at the entrance to the estate. My home is also close to the M4 to Bristol or Bath and within a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Great Western Hospital.

Deposit of £100 and one month's rent of £320 will be required.
