Double room available in my awesome house

Lovely, newly decorated and furnished double room available in my superb, large townhouse in quiet Redhouse Way. Room is furnished with a double bed with storage drawers, chest of drawers and two spacious build in cupboards.

The house also has a large lounge (with TV complete with Sky HD inc. movies and sports), large and superbly equipped kitchen, and a south-facing garden with deck. Broadband/wifi is as speedy as it gets in this area (I'm regularly getting 12mb) and reliable.

While one room is available immediately, a second room will also be available within the next few weeks, so ultimately there will be three of us in the house. I have en suite, so the decent bathroom (with pleasingly powerful shower) will be shared between the two lodgers. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

All bills are included in the rent.
