Single room to rent in Toothill, Swindon

We have 1 single room to rent in a spacious 3 bedroom house. The other 2 occupants are two outgoing males 22 and 38.

We both work different hours - days & nights so we're very considerate of other housemates while they're sleeping with regards to coming home at night / getting up early. We don't talk loudly, slam doors, etc. But we do enjoy a good natter if everyone's up and about.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Amenities include cooker (gas hobs, electric oven), microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, upstairs & downstairs toilet, bath/shower, TV & broadband. We also have a conservatory and patio area. (We don't allow smoking in the house, but it's fine outside on the patio. If you're a vaper you're welcome to do that anywhere)

The room for rent is a single sized room, already furnished with a single size bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers and some shelving units.

There is easy access to busses via Shaw, which is less than a 5 minute walk, and I would estimate access to the M4 via car is a 3 - 4 minute journey.

The Shaw leisure complex means that just over the road is access to bowling, pool, cinema, restaurants and bars.

There is a one off deposit of £400 required and the total rent is £350 pcm. You'll pay the landlord directly via standing order. There are no other costs.
