Sunny dual aspect double room for weekday let

I live in a duplex 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with an allocated parking space and visitors parking spaces. I am letting my guest room with use of own bathroom. It is in a residential area, but is very quiet. The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away with a regular service into central Swindon and the railway station. There are shops locally and a decent pub 5 minutes walk away.
You would probably have the place to yourself quite a lot as I lead a very unpredictable life.
The main pre-requisite of a potential tenant is that it would be someone I feel comfortable sharing my home with. I am pretty easy to get on with and I would expect the same from a tenant. Also honest and trustworthy naturally.
