Hello, I'm looking for a new house mate as my friend (the landlord) is moving to London.

The house is located in a tranquil area of Old Town in Swindon, 20 minute walk to Wood Street.

The room is the Master bedroom with a king size bed, ample built-in storage that includes two built-in wardrobes.

A bit more about me: I'm a professional working in the finance sector. Sociable and enjoys some sports but also enjoy some quiet down-time. I like keeping the house relatively clean and tidy so it's a pleasant place to relax after a long day at work.

The landlord will occasionally come back at the weekend and stay in the spare-room to get away from the busy lifestyle of London.
