I'm looking to rent out my spare room in Redhouse to a professional person who is clean tidy & respectful. Im easy going & am out of the house for a minimum of 12 hrs a day 5/6 days a week as I work in sales. The property is in a nice quiet area tucked away from the main roads. With just a short drive of around 10 mins you can be in Swindon Town centre and less than 10 mins to M4 Juntion 16. There’s public transport 2 mins walk away which takes you straight in the centre of Swindon, and the local Tesco express is also less than 5 mins walk away.
Theres also a single allocated parking space as well as plenty of visitors spaces.
