Furnished double room available in light bright 2 bedroom apartment with ensuite, available either for full week for £459 or Sun night/Mon to Fri for £405 pcm (inc. bills) £300 deposit.

Allocated parking space and fortnightly cleaner.

Let on a Full-time basis or Sunday evening/Monday to Friday basis, to share with one other male who occupies during the week only and myself who occupies the very occasional rare weekend (with advanced notice. You would therefore have the property to yourself most weekends.

Double bed, double wardrobe and recently refurbished ensuite shower room.

Living room/Kitchen with NOW Tv and wifi.

Looking for easy going, respectful, clean and tidy male or female aged 20-60 yrs old (No couples).

No smoking in the apartment.

(I've had to classify myself as a live in landlord as I utilise the communal areas of the property on a rare weekend with advanced notice.)
