We are looking to rent one of our rooms in a 4 bed property. We are a married couple and will be live-in landlords.
About us -
We are working professionals and currently working in Swindon. We are sociable and outgoing but also like our nights in. We are looking for a tenant. We want persons who are clean, tidy, respectful and ideally professional. Just a person who is mindful of living with others. We don't smoke and want to keep the house a smoke free property.
About the property -
This property is a large new build 4 bed townhouse in Redhouse, North Swindon. The house has plenty of space. The bedroom for rent is on the 2nd floor and the main bathroom is located there aswell which will primarily be for the tenants use as we have our own en-suite which is on the 1st floor. Therefore the 2nd floor is mainly for the tenant.
The property has a large enough kitchen and dining room. There is a dedicated fridge/freezer just for tenants so you will have enough space for groceries.
To the rear is a garden. There is a downstairs toilet area.
The rooms are fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and drawers. The double room is in a very good condition.
The property is fully inclusive of bills including - Elec, Gas, Water, C. Tax, Broadband and TV Licence.
There is a garage and car parking space but these are for our use only and not available to the tenants. If you have a car then there is a lot of parking available on the street.
The location of the property is in Redhouse, close to all transport links (motorway links, bus routes) therefore makes it convenient for commuters. The property is near the Redhouse village centre which is very useful as there is a Tesco Express, takeaways and more. The very big Asda is literally a 2 minute drive at the Orbital Retail Park, including a Next, Costa, Mcdonalds, Nandos, DW Fitness and much more. The location of the property is something that was important to us and feel is close enough to everything we need.
