Would prefer someone who is reasonably clean and quiet, but you don’t need to be a neat freak! You'll find the place is quiet most of the time - although me and my existing lodger are partial to a Netflix binge every now and again (currently working our way through Peaky Blinders)! My existing lodger is Monday-Friday, and female.
Great location for people working for Nationwide, and it's a great location for walking to local amenities. Town Gardens, bars, restaurants, town centre, cinema, etc. are all a comfortable walking distance.
