The property is heated by gas combi-boiler which also provide the hot water to the kitchen sink and basins in the rooms; the showers are electric Mira sport 9.5kw. There is parking to the front of the property and plenty of on road parking too; no permits required. In the rear garden there is a pigeon coup. The accommodation has easy access to a good bus route and is within walking distance of the Great Western Hospital, Nationwide and Intel. There are local shops, pharmacy, post office, take away and library 5 minutes walk away and a beautiful park called Coate Water too. Easy access to A419 and Junction 15 M4 and easy access to the centre of town for the main bus/train station by car or bus. We ask tenants not to smoke in the building but it is acceptable outside.
