This is a musical household with comfortable seating but without a television in the main shared areas. Wifi broadband and with TV ariel in room should you want it.

Exmouth Street, in the Eastcott Ward off Kinghill, is a quiet street. A 10 minute walk to the town centre and about 15 minutes walk to Old town.

Residence parking if you have a car. I use my garage but we could speak about that if you require parking.
