Annexe/Studio

Beautiful, very clean annexe/studio. Self contained but attached to my house. It is suitable for a single person or a couple who likes to have a quiet place on their own and away from noisy housemates. The accommodation comprises with entrance hall, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker and electric fan, fridge and washing and dryer machine. There is a shared back garden and parking at the front of the house. It is fully furnished-double size sofa bed ,wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and WiFi. The studio is near a local shop and bus stop .The accommodation is in walking distance to B&Q; McDonald’s and White Horse Industrial Park. We are looking for professional people who will appreciate the property and will look after it. We will require month deposit and rent paid one month in advance. Please note that the rent above is for one person and that for a couple it would be slightly different -call me for information. This will be available after 15th Octomber but viewers are welcome now.
