Single Bedroom With Bills Inc.. Read Description

This is a single bedroom let. Not available until August 1st 2025 . All bills are included. Facilities include dishwasher , washing machine, dryer , oven , microwave , broadband. Room includes a TV. No living room access. No couples. No smoking or pets. I don’t ask for deposit , just reliable trustworthy people only apply. Just the coming month paid in advance each month. A big thing to note is the person must be clean and tidy when it comes to the kitchen and bathroom, and also someone who doesent make a lot of noise! I don’t have a cleaner and so the person needs to clean up after themselves. . I’m a very friendly easy going landlord and the right person would be happy here as it’s a welcoming and clean house. Just to note - the bathroom isn’t the same as in the pictures - I painted the tiles grey (and it’s coming off ! In some places and will get a refit much later in the year) . Thanks
