The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, integrated fridge freezer, oven, halogen hob, microwave, kettle, toaster & coffee maker.

The bedroom is a good size double including double bed with memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.

The living room is very spacious with two sofas and a TV with built in DVD player. There is also a dining area with a glass table and stools.

The bathroom is a good size with a shower over the bath.

Smoking is permitted in the outside decking area which is completey private.

The property also has gas central heating and free wifi. Bed linen and towels will be provided and washed weekly. The rent is inclusive of all utility bills.
