Penthouse apartment share, huge double room great for a self contained life, fully equipped shared kitchen with dining area, bathroom and separate WC and separate laundry room. Built by me in 2016 as part of a block of five flats, very quiet, very clean. I rent out the other four flats to families and maintain the whole block to a high standard.
Great if you want a clean, quiet, well ordered life, not great for party animals. Possible parking when it becomes available. Strict cleaning rota in place.
