Rooms in central Trowbridge

I have a double bedrooms to rent in union street, purely for sensible, clean working individuals...no pets, no couples.
The house is recently painted and carpeted with new appliances, it only has a few single occupancy rooms so it is not a busy or noisy house.
All rooms are next to a bathroom or cloakroom, the communal areas are regularly checked.
