Large Double room with Kitchenette

The bedroom has a decent large wardrobe and a large chest of drawers and a smart TV, Kitchenette will have everything you'll need.

The bathroom is on the same floor, me and Sophie won't be using it as we have our own.

Off road parking comes with the room.

The ideal housemate would be reliable, trustworthy and tidy. This is important so if you're untidy then this place isn't for you.

There's no real personality preference, but preferably someone who is easy going, quiet and cleans up after themselves.
