Small double room

I have a small double room for rent in my two bed house on the B&Q side of Trowbridge. Ideally I'm looking for a lodger for the next year or so rather than long term.

The house is comfortable and warm and has everything you'd need but there is work needed on the bathroom and garden plus bits and pieces like carpet on the stairs, hence I'm advertising at a lower price than I would have done. The bathroom will be replaced in January.

The room is a small double and has a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It would likely suit a Monday to Friday lodger.

All bills are included the monthly cost including Sky and wifi.

There is an off road parking space that can be used at the end of the cul de sac.

I work in Bath fulltime and am usually in the office, though work from home sometimes. I'm a social person and like to run and bike ride in my spare time.
