Double Room near to town centre

Your room contains a daybed that converts into a double bed. There is a box shelving unit, 2 fold out tables, a box to put things on, and a laundry box. The room has large windows, brightening the room and offering great views of the sunsets. It has also recently been re-carpeted.

There is one off-road parking space next to the garage. A shared fridge/freezer, range cooker, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is also wireless internet.

There is shared access to the rest of the house and a courtyard garden to enjoy when the weather is nice.

I am close to the town centre.
Approximately a 9 minute drive to Bradford-on-avon. A half an hours drive to Bath. And an hours drive to Bristol. There is a train station, which is a 15-minute walk away.

I am a friendly, easy going person, and I am passionate about all things creative. I work 3 days a week as a secretary and occasionally do freelance work. I mostly spend my week nights at home but tend to go away on the weekends, visiting friends/family. Occasionally, they come over to stay with me, but I have another spare room they can sleep in.

I am ideally looking for an easy going, professional person, someone who plays musical instruments or doesn't mind them being played. You also need to love dogs as mine demands attention.

This is for the short term as I live with two other housemates. This is to cover the period when one of them is away on tour.

I will require two separate references and an additional one month's rent to be paid up front, which will be refunded at the end of the tenancy.
