Large Double Bedroom for rent

Hi my name is Hollie and I have a large double bedroom to rent in my 3 bed semi detached home.

The room is the top floor of the property so you have your own space. The bedroom is currently part furnished with double bed, bedside tables, chest of draws and hanging rail. The room will be available from Mid August, initially I would be offering a three month rent then a rolling monthly contract.

It is a new build property so modern throughout with new appliances, there is a main bathroom on the second floor and WC on the first.

The house is very centrally located:

2 min walk to supermarket
5 min walk to town centre
10 min walk to train station

Price is inclusive of all bills.

I am a hybrid worker so do work from home part of the week. I am friendly easy going person who enjoys cooking and relaxing with a good book. Ideally I am looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.

I will require references and one months rent as deposit. I am open to Mon-Friday lets.
