The room has a smart TV, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp and clothes rail.

There is a living room with sofa and TV, downstairs toilet, large kitchen/diner fully equipped kitchen.

Separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. There is a garden with lawn and patio area w/table and chairs.
There is a corner shop at the petrol garage 2 mins walk and Lidl supermarket is 10min walk. There is also a lovely cafe/garden centre 5 mins walk and bus stop 2 mins walk.

You will need to be in full time employment with no unsocial shift hours. No home working.
