Furnished double bedroom with own living room. Almost sole use of bathroom - current occupant uses shower twice a a week but has own toilet and basin in separate living quarters. Another room can be used as a kitchenette with microwave, air fryer and 2 ring stove.
Garden can be used by tenant.

I am a laid back gentleman but will expect mutual respect. I am extremely active and independent. Potential flatmate must be clean and tidy and respect my home.

5 minute walk railway station.
10 minute walk to town.
On main bus route to Bath.
Local shop, takeaway and chemist very nearby.
