Shared terrace house

I live in this property and would like to rent out my second bedroom. I work 9-5 at the hospital in Bath during Monday-Friday.

The room will be furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers and rail for clothes. Additional furniture can be brought if can fit in the space.

The downstairs is open-plan kitchen and living space and the property has a long garden out the back.

The bathroom is shared downstairs.

I am looking to share the space with a tidy, considerate person. Willing to offer shorterm lets and if longer term; on a month by month basis.

There is local on street parking and the property is a 10minute walk from the train station.
