Room 5 - Tucked away on the second floor away from the communal areas. It’s the largest room at 13m2 and suitable for a single person. It has two windows for maximum light, a desk, drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

OUTSIDE:
There’s a garden with patio, great for barbecues or a spot of sunbathing in the summer.
There’s no parking on the property itself, but the neighbour will let you park on his land for a nominal rent if you would like (by private negotiation). Otherwise, there’s plenty of on-street parking just around the corner.
