Female preferred due to my own dog being reactive to men.

PCM negotiable for assistance with dog care 2 days a week as I work away from home occasionally. Not walks - feed and provide company.

No working from home if possible but can negotiate.

Happy to provide pictures of the property furnished upon request.

No allocated parking but plenty off street available close by.

Public transport (train and bus) in a walking distance. Supermarkets, pubs, cafes, restaurants, town park and 4 x gyms in walking distance.

None smoking property but a smoker accepted if agrees to not smoke on the premises.
