Hi, I am looking for someone to rent my spare room. Available from 1st February 2023.

I am looking for a single female lodger, no couples. Please do not contact me if you do not fit this criteria.

The room is a decent sized double and is furnished - a bed, large built-in wardrobe, a freestanding double wardrobe and two bedside tables/drawers. Lots of electric points, TV point in room, use of shared bathroom (there is also a separate downstairs loo), as well as kitchen, and living room. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine.

It's a lovely quiet estate on the West Ashton/Westbury side of town with a pleasant outlook. Lots of on-street parking and friendly neighbours!

Lovely walks in fields and park adjoining house, short walk to Co-Op or Tesco/town centre and other local amenities. Back garden if you want a bit of fresh air/outside space!

I have a horse (who lives elsewhere!), and a small dog who lives here, so you must like dogs and not be allergic to either animal! I'm looking for a professional female, like myself, or university student year in business placement, and you must be a non-smoker, as it is a no smoking house.

£600 pcm, all bills included (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband/Wifi, TV Licence). You would need to pay any call charges on the landline and also personal possessions insurance, as well as a contribution to household items such as washing up liquid, loo roll, etc. References must be provided and will be checked.
